Welcome to the cat paradise
CAAAAAAAT wines are micro-cuvées crafted with healthy grapes from vines cultivated in an artisanal way, following the principles of a caring agronomy. The only thing guiding our feline footsteps is respect for life and taste.
” Caaaaaaat, I created the first cuvée in 2019 with my friend Fabien Jouves. I thank him again
for giving me the confidence to become a winemaker.
We are artisan producers. The grapes come from the domains, where the wines are vinified, matured, bottled and packaged. In contrast to our individualistic age, we work collectively with our winegrower friends, women and men, involved in precise and healthy agronomy, gentle and natural winemaking.” Because wine is just that: free pleasure and sharing. Because Caaaaaaat is just that: the freedom to live and break free from the world, with laughter.
Christophe Kaczmarek – Creator of Caaaaaaat
Supreme Caaaaaaat pays tribute to the goddess Bastet, bearer of a dual feline identity and descendant of Ra (the Sun God).
As a cat in her primary form, she embodies the warmth of the sun, fertility, the joy of home, and sensual pleasures. But awaken her wrath, and Bastet transforms into a lioness—a vengeful warrior, fierce protector, and formidable force.
Supreme Caaaaaaat is only produced in exceptional years.
This rare cuvée will make you rediscover the taste of Chablis—whether as a revelation or your new guilty pleasure.
