Its aromatic expression is rich and nuanced: orange peel, nutmeg, dried flowers… On the palate, it’s lively, with electric tension and a mineral-driven finish. Terroir

West-facing parcels planted on clay soils with Burdigalian limestone bedrock (ancient marine fossils in every handful of earth).

Vinification

Biodynamic farming. Hand-harvested with grapes sorted in the vineyard. The grapes are kept whole and macerate for 15 days before being gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Zero additives throughout the entire winemaking process. The wine is born without clarification or filtration, relying entirely on natural settling during 18 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, French oak barrels, and terracotta amphora. Unfiltered. No added sulfites. Pure juice.

From vineyard to cellar, everything is done with respect: regenerating soils, fostering biodiversity, and honoring the humans who make it all happen.
