Hand-harvested grapes, sorted directly in the vineyard. A blend of saignée rosé and direct press. Made with indigenous yeasts, Atomic Caaaaaaat undergoes vinification without any additives ; no chaptalization, no acid corrections, no coloring agents, no thickeners… In short, we respect ourselves, and we respect you.
Aged in stainless steel tanks. A minimal dose of sulfur is added at bottling to ensure stability over time.

From vineyard to cellar, everything is done with respect: regenerating soils, fostering biodiversity, and honoring the humans who are part of it.
